Colors are starting to show but are not at their peak yet here at the Kancamagus Pass in Northern New Hampshire. Perhaps by the weekend.

Peak color has not quite arrived in northern New Hampshire as you can see in this photo made yesterday looking down on the village of Tamworth. If the weather cooperates, we'll go back again to try to capture the maximum color.

It's still a little early for fall foliage this season in New Hampshire. But, with a request to post one, we went looking and found this tree screaming, "Me First! Me First!" Newfields, NH, along the railroad tracks.
